To use multidec plugins with GB-PVR you must first download mdapifilter.ax, and FFDecsa.dll and place them in the GB-PVR directory. For now you can download these files from http://www.gbpvr.com/mdapi.zip.
After this, any MultiDec plugins placed in this directory will automatically be used when you view live tv or do a recording. If you need to access the settings pages for these plugins, you'll notice a new icon appear in your system tray - right click on it for menus.
